Human Factors - Special Training

Every employee at Canadian Aero Accessories (CAA) is trained in Human Factors (HF). This helps with safety and quality control by empowering everyone to do the right thing.

Transport Canada is taking a leading role to encourage HF Training in the aviation industry and CAA has embraced this by having an on-site HF trainer for refresher and continuous learning. For over 50 years it is the employees that make us different and CAA gives them the technology, tools, and knowledge to be the best in the industry.

Quality Control

The director of maintenance signs off all accessories before being shipped to the customer. Random tests and investigation occur to ensure proper procedures are followed. If any discrepancies are uncovered they are investigated and rectified.
